Refund & Returns Policy
At Enkindle, we partner with EPROLO to ensure quality and satisfaction. If you encounter issues with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below:
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Damaged Items – Provide photos/videos of the damaged product.
- Incorrect or Missing Items – Wrong size, color, or missing components.
- Out of Stock Items – You’ll be notified and refunded.
- Shipping Issues – If a product cannot be shipped or is significantly delayed:
- Over 30 days to USA, Canada, Europe, New Zealand.
- Over 60 days to South America, India, Africa, Middle East.
- Canceled Orders – Before the item is shipped (except POD or branded items).
- Missing Packages – If the courier confirms the package is lost.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds if:
- The item is marked as delivered by the courier.
- The address provided is incorrect or insufficient.
- The package was unclaimed and returned or destroyed.
- The issue is due to buyer’s preference (e.g., didn’t like the product).
Warranty & Dispute Window
- You have 30 days from receipt to raise a dispute.
- All items come with a 30-day warranty.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us through our customer support
- Provide:
- Photos/videos of the issue.
- Screenshots of any customer complaint or dispute.
- (If requested) Return tracking number.
Notes
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or account balance.
- For faster processing, refunds to your balance are recommended.
- Returns are discouraged due to high international shipping costs.
